My favorite accessory at the moment, hands down, are rings. I absolutely love chunky, big rings- especially if they’re snake, skull, or mermaid-inspired! There are so many types, shapes, and ways to style rings. Below are some of my favorites from my small, but quickly growing, collection.
Currently my favorite ring set, these attached stone rings from Nasty Gal are my go-to when I’m about to leave and just want to grab something without thinking too much about layering rings. I especially love stone rings for when I’m my outfit is a little boho-edgy- which is what I’ve recently started calling my personal style.
Stacking rings together is a pretty big trend right now. It’s a great way to add jewelry if a necklace just doesn’t fit with your outfit. These Forever 21 rings are my go-to stackables. I especially love the bronze color of the top set.
Probably my favorite of all rings are animal-shaped or inspired. My favorite animal is the snake, which is probably why I’m drooling over several pieces from Jessica Fang. I’m not sure where I got these three from, but they’re currently my favorite animal rings that I own. I own another snake ring that wraps around my entire finger, but I seem to have misplaced it 😦 These are great statement rings to add when wearing stackables, or wear them alone!
I know, I know. The middle ring is missing a jewel, but it’s one of my favorites so I had to include it. Statement rings are by far the most fun rings to style with. Turquoise is my favorite color, so whenever I see a ring incorporating turquoise I just have to buy it. The turquoise cross is probably one of the oldest rings I have in my collection.
This is another set from Nasty Gal. The square ring is my favorite, you can probably tell from the wear on it. I rather like how the lines of bronze look on the silver, though. Rings of different shapes can be fun to incorporate with other chunky rings like animal or statement rings, just be sure to not over-do it.
So there you have it, some of my favorite rings from my collection.
What are your favorite style of rings, or do you have a current favorite in your collection?
