You look like you just stepped out of an Anthropologie ad!
Now that’s a compliment! Especially considering I couldn’t currently dream of shopping there. My college student budget barely has room for my daily Starbucks addiction! This was a compliment I received from a coworker last week, and it definitely made me feel like I have mastered discount and bargain shopping. So, I thought I’d share with you my look and an all-Anthro look so that you too could get the look for less.
This is a cute, casual look that can transition to business-casual pretty seamlessly. However, this look would set you back upwards of $448.
I put together this look to mimic the outfit I wore to work last Friday. I always love a little poof, so the tulle-like material that makes up the bottom part of the dress is perfect because it’s casual but the length makes sure that it can still be business casual. I’m currently obsessed with oversized cardigans, and I’ve been buying up as many as I can. There’s nothing better for the winter-time than feeling like your walking around in a cozy blanket, while still looking chic. The above cardigan is a good example. Finally, everyone knows about my love for boots, but I also have an infatuation currently with over-the-knee boots. The boots pictured above are basically perfect.
Here’s my look:
What do you think? Pretty spot on, huh? Unfortunately the dress and boots are no longer available for purchase, but the cardigan is currently on sale!
The necklace is actually from my friend’s new jewelry company! Be sure to check her out, she has some really beautiful pieces! They aren’t currently available for purchase to the public, but I’m sure they will be soon.
